Ve druh\u00e9m <a href=\"https:\/\/moverdb.com\/cs\/international-maritime-organisation\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"24\" title=\"Vysv\u011btlen\u00ed Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed organizace (IMO)\">Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed organizace<\/a> (IMO) (Buhaug et al., 2009), bylo v t\u00e9to studii p\u0159edpov\u011bzeno, \u017ee pokud nebudou p\u0159ijata \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed z lodn\u00ed dopravy, bude lodn\u00ed doprava do roku 2050 p\u0159edstavovat 12-18% celosv\u011btov\u00fdch emis\u00ed CO2 (za p\u0159edpokladu, \u017ee do roku 2100 nedojde ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed glob\u00e1ln\u00ed teploty o v\u00edce ne\u017e 2 \u00b0C). <\/p>\n<p>K tomu p\u0159istupuje skute\u010dnost, \u017ee \u017eivotnost sv\u011btov\u00fdch z\u00e1sob ropy a zemn\u00edho plynu, z nich\u017e se z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161ina lodn\u00edch paliv, se st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bji m\u011b\u0159\u00ed na des\u00edtky let (Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed energetick\u00e1 agentura, 2008). Na str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukri.org\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">RCUK<\/a> (Research Councils UK, zdroj vl\u00e1dn\u00edho financov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdzkumu ve Spojen\u00e9m kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed) Energetick\u00fd program, kter\u00fd uznal pot\u0159ebu dal\u0161\u00edho v\u00fdzkumu v t\u00e9to oblasti, vydal v roce 2009 v\u00fdzvu k p\u0159edkl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1vrh\u016f na n\u00edzkouhl\u00edkovou lodn\u00ed dopravu. <\/p>\n<p>\u00dasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 byly t\u0159i n\u00e1vrhy, z nich\u017e jeden, \"N\u00edzkouhl\u00edkov\u00e1 lodn\u00ed doprava - syst\u00e9mov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup\", p\u0159edlo\u017eilo konsorcium zahrnuj\u00edc\u00ed University College London, Newcastle University, University of Strathclyde, University of Hull a University of Plymouth a podpo\u0159ilo jej n\u011bkolik pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch partner\u016f. <\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed finan\u010dn\u00ed prost\u0159edky konsorcia (1,5 milionu liber) poskytl RCUK, dal\u0161\u00ed \u010das zam\u011bstnanc\u016f a doktorandsk\u00e1 stipendia poskytli \u010dty\u0159i hlavn\u00ed pr\u016fmyslov\u00ed partne\u0159i: Shell, Lloyd's Register, BMT a Rolls-Royce.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Project_Aims\"><\/span>C\u00edle projektu<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>V roce 2010 se konsorcium domn\u00edvalo, \u017ee chyb\u00ed ucelen\u00e9 ch\u00e1p\u00e1n\u00ed odv\u011btv\u00ed n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed dopravy. Jeho zdlouhav\u00fd smluvn\u00ed, technologick\u00fd a finan\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdvoj znemo\u017enil p\u0159\u00edstup k syst\u00e9mov\u00e9mu porozum\u011bn\u00ed jeho citliv\u00fdm aspekt\u016fm na \u00farovni shora dol\u016f i zdola nahoru a ponechal mnoho obchodn\u00edch zvyklost\u00ed zako\u0159en\u011bn\u00fdch a nezm\u011bn\u011bn\u00fdch doslova stovky let. <\/p>\n<p>C\u00edlem projektu bylo:<\/p>\n<p>1. Rozv\u00edjet znalosti a porozum\u011bn\u00ed syst\u00e9mu lodn\u00ed dopravy, zejm\u00e9na vztah\u016fm mezi jeho hlavn\u00edmi slo\u017ekami, dopravn\u00ed logistikou a konstrukc\u00ed lod\u00ed, a objasnit mnoho slo\u017eit\u00fdch rozhran\u00ed v odv\u011btv\u00ed lodn\u00ed dopravy.<a href=\"https:\/\/moverdb.com\/cs\/prepravni-spolecnosti\/\">p\u0159epravn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/moverdb.com\/cs\/top-49-container-ports\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"80\" title=\"49 nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch a nejru\u0161n\u011bj\u0161\u00edch kontejnerov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edstav\u016f v roce 2025\">p\u0159\u00edstav<\/a> provoz, vztahy mezi vlastn\u00edky a provozovateli, smluvn\u00ed dohody a vazby na ostatn\u00ed druhy dopravy).<\/p>\n<p>2. Vyu\u017e\u00edt tyto znalosti k prozkoum\u00e1n\u00ed budouc\u00edch logistick\u00fdch a lodn\u00edch koncepc\u00ed a zp\u016fsob\u016f, jak\u00fdmi by mohly dos\u00e1hnout n\u00e1kladov\u011b efektivn\u00edho sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed uhl\u00edku, co\u017e by pomohlo sn\u00ed\u017eit emise uhl\u00edku. <a href=\"https:\/\/moverdb.com\/cs\/kontejnerova-preprava\/\">n\u00e1klady na dopravu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>3.
